There are many reasons a website can go wrong, from hacks & viruses to bugs and user error. For a ÂĢ50 flat fee one of our experts will look into the problem and agree a solution with you.
What will we do?
- We will investigate and dignose the issue.
- We will fix the problem if we can
- If we can't fix the issue directly we'll discuss your options (one of which is a full refund)
- This is an emergency repair service, we can't build you a new website from scratch for ÂĢ50. We will however build and host a landing page with your contact details while repairs are ongoing or a new site is being built.
- We won't visit you as part of this service, all support is remote. In the unlikely event onsite work is needed we can help find someone.
